About these rules
These rules form the agreement between you and Lucky Dreams. Opening an account means you have read them and accept them, together with our bonus rules and Privacy Policy. We can change the rules when we need to, and the English version is the one that counts if two versions ever differ. A claim about our service has to reach us within one year of the moment it arose.
Who can play
You need to be 18 or older. Online gambling has to be allowed where you live, and keeping to your local law is your responsibility. Players from a number of countries cannot deposit or play for real money with us, and a payment made against that rule may not be refunded. Some providers do not offer every game in every country, so the lobby can differ from place to place.
Your account
- One account per person. You play for yourself, in good faith and for fun, not as a business.
- Keep your personal details true and up to date, and keep your login details and devices safe. Nobody else may use your account.
- Players who have been diagnosed as problem gamblers, or who are listed on a self-exclusion register, cannot hold an account.
- After at least 120 days with no logins or transactions an account becomes dormant. While it stays dormant and has money on it, we may charge a monthly administration fee from the balance.
Checking who you are
We can ask you to verify your account at any time, also after an earlier check was passed. Documents are uploaded on the Documents page of your profile, where you can follow their status. If you do not answer or refuse a check, we can treat the account as unverifiable and suspend or close it.
Deposits
Use only payment methods registered in your own name. Every deposit has to be played through three times before money linked to it can be withdrawn. Minimum amounts per method are on our Payments page, and a deposit below the minimum may not arrive. Deposit limits cannot be set on crypto deposits.
Withdrawals
Withdrawals can wait for an identity check or a security review. Per calendar day you can withdraw up to A$6,000, per week up to A$12,000 and per month up to A$42,000. A larger request can be paid in parts or returned to your balance. Payment methods can have their own limits on top of ours, and banks in the middle of a transfer may add their own delay or charge.
Bonuses
Bonuses come with their own rules for wagering, time limits, maximum bets and caps on winnings. They are set out on our offer cards and in the bonus rules, and the specific terms of a promotion win when they say something different.
Sports betting
Odds can move until a bet is accepted. We can refuse, limit or cancel a bet, also after acceptance, to protect a market or fix a mistake, and we settle bets on the official result. If a selection in a multiple bet is void, the rest of the bet can be recalculated without it.
Fair play
Cheating, collusion, bots, multiple accounts, fraud with payments or documents and the use of game bugs are not allowed. If we find any of this, we can stop payments, cancel winnings and bonuses and close the account, and we can pass details to the relevant authorities.
